Exhibits and Awards
Catherine Anderson’s enviable list of coveted, juried exhibits and awards are a testimony to the masterful level of her artwork and status as a distinguished artist. It is difficult to be accepted into certain prestigious shows, yet Catherine’s work has won awards in many of them! We need to update the information presented here and work on this page is ongoing. However, we wanted to post this list of exhibits and awards for those who are just getting to know Catherine and her work now that she has moved to beautiful southern Oregon.

Catherine’s Art on the Silver Screen!
See Catherine’s paintings in the movie “Déjà Vu”, starring Denzel Washington.
Two of Catherine Anderson’s watercolor paintings appear in the Disney movie, DARK WATER. The film stars Jennifer Connelly and was released in movie theaters in July, 2005. You can see Catherine’s in a key scene which takes place in the mediator’s office. GreenPiece, is a green landscape and Rhythm of Life is a pink seascape. Disney reviewed 10,000 paintings in their search for artwork, and as a result of all that work they finally chose Catherine’s!
